Eclipsed Sounds Refund Policy

Digital Products

We offer refunds or exchanges on our digital products within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your original purchase, you cannot receive a refund. To see if you qualify for a refund for a digitally downloaded product, please review these eligibility requirements:​

Digital Product Refund Eligibility Requirements
  • Purchase must have not occurred more than 30 days before requesting a refund. The time taken between the initial request and our refund process is not included within this time frame.

  • Refund requests must only be made through our contact form or directly to our support email address. (contact@eclipsedsounds.com) Please note that we cannot fulfill refund requests sent through our social media channels.

  • Refunds will not be fulfilled without the deactivation and effective return of digital product. A return for a digital product is defined as full deactivation of the activation code.

  • Refunds will not be issued for missing activation codes, please see our delivery policy for information on why activation codes did not arrive in the timeframe expected. Users are expected to reach out to customer support if activation code emails are blocked from their inbox.

  • You must follow the deactivation instructions for the product before a refund will be issued. Please be sure not to uninstall the product before requesting the refund to ensure the deactivation is done correctly.

  • Refunds can only be processed when requested from the same email address used on your original purchase. If the original email address is not accessible, we may require additional authorization to verify your purchase.

  • Refunds will only be processed through the original payment provider, and will not be sent to a different account or payment service.

  • Refunds can be made as monetary value or, upon request, as store credit for future products.

  • If your payment provider charges a fee to their customers for refunds, we will not cover this fee. If the payment provider or our checkout system charges a fee to Eclipsed Sounds for a refund, we will pay that fee.

Physical Products

We offer refunds on our physical products within 15 days of receipt. If 15 days have passed since your tracking information indicates you have received the item, you cannot receive a refund. Exchanges are not available for physical products. To see if you qualify for a refund for a physically shipped product, please review these eligibility requirements:

  • Product must not have been received more than 15 days before requesting a refund. The time taken between the initial request and our refund process is not included within this time frame. Receipt date is determined by Eclipsed Sounds by checking the package's tracking number.

  • Refunds for physical products require a return shipment of the item. For more information, please see our return policy.

  • Refund requests will require photographic evidence of the product's condition prior to returning. If the product is in poor condition prior to return that could not have reasonably during shipment, a return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

  • Product must be in good condition and not missing any items when returned.

  • Refund request will not be fulfilled until the return product is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are not available for products that primarily include digital files that are not protected by an activation code, such as CD albums.
